Trouble Ticket Management

A key service D&M performs is the ongoing management of trouble tickets.

No longer will your staff spend countless hours on the phone trying to create and resolve trouble tickets. With D&M’s COMMauditor system, you have the option of either contacting D&M directly or simply logging on to D&M’s website, filling out a trouble ticket and hitting “send.” From this point on, D&M will handle the trouble ticket issue(s) through to resolution.

COMMauditor will automatically track the progress of your trouble ticket and notify you via email when milestones are reached, i.e., repair scheduled, issue resolved, etc. Since you determine who is on the email notification list, your key personnel will always be informed of the latest information on the status of every trouble ticket.

The COMMauditor system also archives your trouble tickets so you have a historical record of:

  • Number of active and inactive trouble tickets by carrier
  • Average time to rectify a trouble ticket by carrier
  • Problem(s) to be rectified by carrier
