System-Wide Analysis

Upon engagement, the first step D&M undertakes is a comprehensive analysis of your entire telephony, data, wireless and Internet systems. This analysis includes a review of all contracts, inventory, usage, rates and a study of how your current needs are being met as well as a forecast of future needs.

This system-wide analysis provides the foundation for future recommendations that will not only save your company money, but will also reveal areas where your organization may be technically deficient.

Upon completion of the analysis, D&M provides a suggested course of action that includes, if warranted, proposed carrier and service provider changes to companies who are better suited to handle your existing and future needs. Even if your existing providers are capable of handling your needs, you may be overpaying for the service(s).

Whether you select new providers or stay with your existing providers, based on volume discounts and extensive knowledge of carrier rate thresholds, D&M will negotiate rates that are lower than you are currently paying.
