When D&M oversees provisioning, you can count on our experienced staff to handle your needs immediately and accurately. Once your order has been provisioned, through our COMMauditor online system, you can review all specifications of your order, including rates, contract terms, install dates and any special instructions or consideration.

In addition, COMMauditor notifies your management team by email each time a milestone is reached on a MACD (move, add, change, delete) order. Moreover, all MACD orders are placed in your COMMauditor calendar which you can view online. The calendar provides a historical reference for all orders and allows you to easily trace them, from origin through to implementation.

From order through implementation, D&M is watching the process every step of the way. D&M’s Project Management Team will intercede on your behalf the instant we see a deviation from the schedule, rate or equipment that has been ordered. From your perspective, the result is a stress-free implementation.

As part of the implementation process, all assets, lines and rates are entered in the COMMauditor system. This innovative program assures that you will be billed properly going forward and can account for any new equipment in your inventory.
