Account Executive

Responsible for the origination of new business. Just as we are selective about the employees we hire, we are selective about the companies we choose to work with. You will be expected to sell a variety of communication products and solutions to business in a variety of fields. You will be required to solicit clients through various external contacts, develop a business base, and maximize customer's services by providing a consultative approach that will always – and only -- have the best interest of the client in mind. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in professional direct sales and is an expert in cold calling and prospecting new accounts. In addition, our successful candidate is able to make sales presentations and manage time effectively. Our compensation program includes a modest base salary and a highly lucrative commission plan that is based on a combination of sales and client satisfaction. The earning potential for this position is limited only by the employee’s desire to succeed!

Skills required:

  • 4 years of successful Outside Sales experience (Previous Telecom sales experience preferred)
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (additional 3 years of sales experience)
  • Demonstrated Expertise in relationship management and needs-based selling
  • Customer Interaction and presentation skills
  • New account prospecting in a given region
  • Lead management
  • Sales subordinate training and supervision (Sales Management of 3 or more subordinate inside sales reps)
  • PC Skills, with a strong familiarity with MS Office suite, Lotus Notes and funnel management software.
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of outside sales experience OR 7+ years of outside sales experience
  • Ability to clearly and effectively set goals and then attain them as evidenced by a track record of setting goals, creating a work plan, establishing a reward, working diligently, measuring performance, adjusting as necessary and then accomplishing the goal
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

Project Manager

Responsibilities of this position include answering & resolving incoming calls for service changes, billing questions, & service issues in a professional & timely manner. The position will also assist in provisioning services.

Skills required:

  • Expert problem solver with proven decision-making ability
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate in a clear, concise, & professional manner with customers, co-workers, & managers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide follow up on all calls taken
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly & efficiently
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of accuracy, urgency & flexibility
  • Ability to prioritize projects & tasks
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Ability to accurately interpret customer’s needs
2+ years of the following experience required:
  • Experience explaining customer billing and resolving billing issues
  • Experience assisting customers over the phone
  • Advanced experience with computers including knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Explorer and Netscape Navigator
  • Knowledge of telephone services including POTS, telephone features, T1s, Internet, data communications, web hosting, DSL, email, etc.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
